What is a Startup Weekend?

It’s a 48h event during which students from different universities and specializations get to know each other, hang out and work on ideas together. Experts from different backgrounds will support the teams in developing their ideas.

Schedule:

Friday - 05.06.2009 —–

5 PM - Registration

6 PM - Introduction and pitches

7 PM and on - Teams are built and the work begins

Saturday - 06.06.2009—–

The whole day the teams work on their startup-ideas, be it prototyping, biz dev, public relations, marketing, financing, backend development, frontend templating, research and development…

Sunday - 07.06.2009 —–

The whole day the teams work on their startup-ideas. At the end of the day, they should have a presentaion ready!

Around 7 PM - Presentations of the groups end result.

Around 9 PM - End of the event

During the event, the venue will be open 24 hours a day. You don’t need to go home!
